LandCentral.com sells raw land with owner financing. The site had been run by a different online marketing agency and the client wanted to position the site more aggresivley in a declining real estate market. ePozition launched an aggresive PPC campaign that brought in conversion rates 21% higher than the previous campaign. In addition to that increase the campaigns cost per click and cost per aquisition were decreased by 17%. During this time ePoziton was also able to decrease the budget by 10% without losing conversions.
ePozition also recommended several SEO changes and link building strategies. These enhancements increased organic traffic by more than 20% for 3 consecutive quarters.
The largest impact was the number of sales. As a result of increased traffic and more qualified leads the sales increased 72% in just 7 months.
ePozition.com was asked to help Sigma increase their return on Pay Per Click advertising. The first task was to audit the keywords they were targeting. We doubled the number of keywords which increased the number of clicks instantly. Then the Pay Per Click team went to work and broke out their campaigns and ad groups to better target Sigma’s ads. This increased the number of ad groups from 20 to over 400. Each ad now targeted and focused on the keywords in each group. The results of this modification were instant as well with a 26% increase in click throughs. As a result of other modifications like unique landing pages and better ad copy techniques the conversion rate increased by 15%. In general conversions almost doubled and sales increased without increasing their monthly budget.
